We’re now looking to recruit Furniture Fitters, Carpenters/Joiners and Shop Fitters.
We have a lively team with a passion for what we do. Everyone works hard to deliver a great product and service to our clients – and we’re looking for talented individuals (or teams of two) who are keen to be the best and deliver projects right first time and install furniture to a very high standard.
The role will require you to install fitted furniture (e.g. wardrobes, headboards, vanity units) and doors. Scribing will be needed to make furniture room-specific.
Experience of joinery and/or on-site fitting is essential. You must be able to read and interpret drawings. You will also need your own tools and your own vehicle.
You will be dealing directly with our customers (often in hotels that are open to the public), so good presentation and customer service skills are important. It is essential that you hold a valid CSCS card and full driving licence.
Whilst much of our work is in the Greater London Area, we have projects throughout the UK. The nature of the work dictates that your working hours will include some early starts and late finishes, so candidates must be flexible. The majority of work will be done between Monday and Friday although weekends may be required where necessary.
Excellent rates of pay will be offered to both sub-contractors and full-time employees with the right skills.

Telesales experience is preferred; however, this is not essential for this role (full training is provided). It is your attitude and determination that counts. You will be responsible for contacting prospective client contacts in order to arrange appointments for the Sales Team.
You will make outbound calls to hotels, main contractors, project managers, interior designers and other key decision makers within the industry. You will need excellent communication skills and the tenacity and resilience to succeed in this rewarding role.

Graduate opportunities are available within project management or site management.
As a graduate trainee you will be involved in administering key elements of existing projects. You will be guided throughout your journey and you will be taught protocol and systems as well as key industry techniques and disciplines.
Full training will be provided.
