For this prestigious project, undertaken for Evans Property Group, Curtis Furniture collaborated closely with the design teams at Greg Brookes and KPP Architects, with the construction expertly managed by GMI. The result is a seamless integration of architectural vision and exceptional furniture design, creating guest rooms that are both stylish and supremely comfortable.

Curtis Furniture's involvement spanned the furnishing of all 118 of Dakota Newcastle's stylish guestrooms, including the luxurious Grand Deluxe and Garden Deluxe suites. From their state-of-the-art factory in Leeds, the Curtis team meticulously manufactured and installed a comprehensive range of furniture. This included all the essential fitted pieces, such as the sleek and functional wardrobes, thoughtfully integrated TV units, mirrors and convenient mini-bar units. Beyond the fitted elements, Curtis also crafted the intricate desks and elegant bedside tables, demonstrating their commitment to detail and quality across every piece.
