Transforming a 139-Room Country Estate

As we begin a new year, we’re pleased to share one of our recently completed hotel refurbishment projects — an elegant guestroom scheme delivered at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Chester.

The project brought together a strong team of collaborators, with Valor Hospitality as the client, Fitzsimons acting as project managers and Wilkinsons overseeing the fit-out. The interior concept was developed by ABDA, whose design focused on creating calm, thoughtfully detailed guestrooms with comfort at the heart of every space.

As an experienced case goods manufacturer, Curtis was responsible for the manufacture and supply of a comprehensive hotel bedroom furniture package, tailored to meet the operational demands of a busy hotel environment.

All furniture was manufactured at our Leeds facility, combining durability, functionality and refined detailing to support a high-quality guest experience throughout the refurbishment.
