Supporting the Yorkshire Children’s Charity Easter Egg Appeal
12 March 2026
This year, Curtis is proud to support the Easter Egg Appeal organised by the Yorkshire Children's Charity.
In partnership with our client GMI Construction Group, we donated Easter eggs to their offices which will be passed on to the charity as part of the wider appeal. The initiative aims to collect 19,000 Easter eggs for underprivileged children across West Yorkshire, helping ensure that as many children as possible can take part in the celebrations.
The appeal highlights how small gestures can make a meaningful difference to families facing hardship. By working together with partners and clients, we hope to contribute to a campaign that brings a little joy to children who might otherwise miss out.
Charlotte Farrington, CEO and Founder of the charity, explains the importance of the initiative:
“While we primarily focus our energy and resources on funding essential items, we understand how important it is for children to feel included in other celebrations throughout the year. An Easter egg is something many children take for granted, but for families living in destitution this is just another luxury that feels out of reach. As a child, it might not be a standout memory getting an Easter egg, but you will remember if you were the one child that didn’t.”
We’re delighted to play a small part in supporting this important initiative and to work alongside partners who share a commitment to helping local communities.
