We have worked with Curtis on many hotels and I am pleased to say that, yet again, they performed well on our latest project for Ember Locke in Kensington. They manufactured 120 kitchens for our project and were a great support in engineering and designing kitchens which worked across the many challenging room types in this beautiful period building. The deliveries were communicated by a dedicated project manager and the furniture arrived on time for what was a challenging multi phased programme."

To avoid the risks of shipping from outside the UK, we wanted to select a British Manufacturer, and Curtis are one of the few with the capacity to supply bespoke case goods for 1,000 rooms over a 12-month project. Curtis manufactured bespoke furniture for 60 bedrooms at the prestigious St Andrews’ Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa. The hotel remained open throughout its multi-million pound refurbishment which meant that Curtis had to ensure the manufacture process ran smoothly and on time. Curtis’s experience in delivering hotel refurbishment projects enabled us to complete the project on time ahead of the Open."

AKP Scotland have been working with Curtis Furniture for the last 10 months on the refurbishment of the Marriott Glasgow Hotel. We have now completed over 200 rooms of this 300 room hotel. As with any large refurbishment in a trading hotel there have been many difficult challenges. County Contractors appointed Curtis to deliver the case good package for their fast track 311 bedroom refurbishment at the Crowne Plaza, Birmingham.
