The hotel remained open throughout its multi-million pound refurbishment which meant that Curtis had to ensure the manufacture process ran smoothly and on time. Curtis recently worked with ourselves on a fast paced 274 bedroom refurbishment in the iconic Hilton Park Lane, London. From initial design stage Curtis provided an efficient service, producing drawings in a timely fashion, and nothing was an issue for them…even though this process ate into the Christmas holiday season!
From the delivery of materials, control of quality and the install process, Curtis once again provided an excellent service, leaving minimal defects or issues. They also proved extremely flexible with their approach, thus allowing us to complete the project 2 weeks in advance of the contracted handover which is a great achievement for all involved.

“Much of a Hotel Indigo’s retelling of their individual neighbourhood story is achieved through design, weaving in local themes and references, thus demanding bespoke, considered solutions rather than standard off-the-peg options. The hotel's floor footprint resulted in various room types and configurations to accommodate the available space. To ensure the correct setup and components for each room, a master matrix was developed for Curtis to refer to. Each phase had a one-month timeframe, which Curtis had to manage efficiently to meet handover deadlines. Occasionally, the team had to work at a fast pace to accommodate additional joinery requested by the client. But the installation process was consistent throughout each phase to meet handover.
