The Hilton Hotel Cobham is one of many projects for which we have employed Curtis Furniture for more than a decade. The Curtis team and factory have always been flexible and quick to react. From start to finish their project manager communicated very well and the finished product is, as ever, excellent."

The team at Curtis Furniture have supported us with 1,000+ key refurbishment projects over the past three years. The projects have been delivered at speed, with concurrent phases across a national portfolio of hotels, and the quality of case goods and loose furniture has remained consistently high. We trust Curtis to align with our standards of excellence, particularly in respect of quality and sustainability. We also know that, if and when projects throw up issues, we can rely on the team to respond swiftly and proactively."

The hotel's floor footprint resulted in various room types and configurations to accommodate the available space. To ensure the correct setup and components for each room, a master matrix was developed for Curtis to refer to. Each phase had a one-month timeframe, which Curtis had to manage efficiently to meet handover deadlines. Occasionally, the team had to work at a fast pace to accommodate additional joinery requested by the client. But the installation process was consistent throughout each phase to meet handover.

We have worked with the team at Curtis for over 20 years and on various hotel brands and private owners. They respond promptly when design information is issued and provide detailed quotations. They are also proactive when helping to resolve budgets or programme issues which arise. Their UK factory enables them to provide high quality furniture and to be flexible in meeting the challenges of large and complex installations."

We have worked with Curtis on many hotels and I am pleased to say that, yet again, they performed well on our latest project for Ember Locke in Kensington. They manufactured 120 kitchens for our project and were a great support in engineering and designing kitchens which worked across the many challenging room types in this beautiful period building. The deliveries were communicated by a dedicated project manager and the furniture arrived on time for what was a challenging multi phased programme."
